- Η Εύα Περσάκη είναι Ελληνίδα ζωγράφος. Γεννήθηκε στο Παρίσι και μεγάλωσε σε καλλιτεχνικό περιβάλλον, καθώς ήταν κόρη της επίσης ζωγράφου Γιάννας Περσάκη. Ο πατέρας της ήταν ο γλύπτης Laszlo Szabo και ο πατριός της ο Κώστας Κουλεντιανός. Στην Αθήνα έκανε μαθήματα με τον ζωγράφο Πάνο Σαραφιανό. Σπούδασε φιλοσοφία στο πανεπιστήμιο της Σορβόνης για ένα χρόνο. Αποφοίτησε από την Ανωτάτη Σχολή Καλών Τεχνών και ο καθηγητής της ήταν ο Γιώργος Μαυροίδης και ο Κώστας Ξυνόπουλος, καθήγητής βυζαντινής και τοιχογραφίας. Κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών της έλαβε δύο χρόνια κρατική υποτροφία. Στο Παρίσι έκανε μαθήματα με τον Hayter όπου ήταν ο καθηγητής του Πικάσο στη χαρακτική. Έκανε ελεύθερες σπουδές στο στούντιο του Grande Chaumiere. Το 1978, με υποτροφία από την πρεσβεία της Ινδίας πήγε στο Μπεναρές για να σπουδάσει και στο Κατμαντού οπού γνώρισε τη θιβετιανή ζωγραφική και έμεινε 3 χρόνια μαθαίνοντας βουδιστική αγιογραφία . Ταξίδεψε επίσης στην Ιταλία, Γαλλία, Τουρκία, Ελβετία, Γιουγκοσλαβία, Αγγλία, Μόναχο, Ολλανδία, Ισπανία, Μαρόκο, Αίγυπτο, Ινδία και Νεπάλ. Έργα της βρίσκονται σε: Παρίσι, Αμερική, Αυστρία, Ιταλία, Γερμανία, Ιαπωνία, Ελβετία, Ιρλανδία και σε ιδιωτικές συλλογές στην Ολλανδία (Άμστερνταμ, Hans Voragen) Αθήνα (Κώστας Γουζέλης, Γιώργος Κουμπαράκης) και στη Συλλογή Καγκελάρη. Μέλος του Καλλιτεχνικού Επιμελητηρίου Ελλάδος και ιδρυτικό μέλος του Εικαστικού Συλλόγου Σύρου. Περιλαμβάνεται στο λεξικό who is who και στο λεξικό Ελλήνων ζωγράφων (Εκδόσεις Μέλισσα). Ζει και εργάζεται στην Αθήνα και τη Σύρο. (el)
- Eva Persaki (Greek: Εύα Περσάκη is a Greek painter. She was born in Paris and was raised in an artistic environment as she was the daughter of the painter Gianna Persaki and the Hungarian French sculptor László Szabó. Her stepfather was the Greek sculptor and she was a student of painter Panos Sarafianos. Eva Persaki studied literature at the University of Sorbonne and graduated from the Greek Fine Arts School first as a student of the painter George Mavroidis and then of Kostas Xinopoulos professor of Vyzantine Hagiography. During her studies she was granted of a two-year scholarship from the Greek government. While in Paris, she did lessons with Hayter who was Pablo's Picasso teacher in engraving and then she also studied at the Academy of Grande Chaumiere. In 1978, under a scholarship of the Indian Embassy she went to Benares to study miniatures and following she studied Tibetan Painting lessons Tang-ka, in Nepal for three years. Her work is mainly diversified in portraits, landscapes and hagiography and can be recognised from the vibrant colours. Paintings are located in Paris, United States, England, Italy, Japan, Switzerland, Ireland, Greece and in private collections including Collection Cagellari in Athens. She is a founding member of the Picturial Association in Syros island and lives and works between Athens, Syros and London. (en)
