W miejscowym kościele zarejestrowano chrzest i zmianę nazwiska Aloisa Hitlera, ojca Adolfa Hitlera, który urodził się w pobliskim . Na cmentarzu pochowano babkę Hitlera Marię Annę Schicklgruber. W 1938 r. grobu nie odnaleziono i zbudowano symboliczny grobowiec. (pl)
