- Les Guies Bradshaw van ser una sèrie de llibres d'horaris de ferrocarril i de guies de viatge publicats per W.J. Adams de Londres. El seu editor, George Bradshaw, va iniciar la sèrie al 1839; després de la seva mort el 1853 la sèrie de títols Bradshaw va continuar fins al 1961. (ca)
- Bradshaw's was a series of railway timetables and travel guide books published by W.J. Adams and later Henry Blacklock, both of London. They are named after founder George Bradshaw, who produced his first timetable in October 1839. Although Bradshaw died in 1853, the range of titles bearing his name (and commonly referred to by that alone) continued to expand for the remainder of the 19th and early part of the 20th century, covering at various times Continental Europe, India, Australia and New Zealand, as well as parts of the Middle-East. They survived until May 1961, when the final monthly edition of the British guide was produced. The British and Continental guides were referred to extensively by presenter Michael Portillo in his multiple television series. (en)

Ogni pubblicazione era dedicata ad uno o più stati all'interno del continente europeo, al tempo raggiungibili in tempi sempre più brevi grazie al nuovo sistema di trasporto ferroviario in forte espansione. Dunque non solo venivano riportati gli orari e le stazioni ferroviarie di percorrenza ma anche piccoli cenni storici e luoghi da visitare in ogni singola città attraversata. Può essere considerata una delle prime guide turistiche di massa nel senso moderno del termine. Alla morte di Bradshaw, avvenuta nel 1853, le pubblicazioni della sua guida continuarono fino al 1961.
