- Bhadrajun fou un estat tributari protegit de l'Índia, un jagir de Jodhpur, format per 27 pobles, i regit per la dinastia del sub clan Jodha dels rajputs rathor amb títol de thakur (noble). L'estat fou fundat el 1596 per Kunwar Mukund Das, net de Rao Maldeo de Marwar (Jodhpur). Al segle XIX el thakur Bakhtawar Singh fou succeït per Indra Bhan (segurament el seu fill) que va governar fins al 1856. El seu successor fou el fill Sangram Singh. - Bhadrajun is a village in the Jalore district of the western part of Rajasthan, India, dating back to ancient times of the Mahabharata epic. It gets its name from Subhadra and her husband Arjuna from Dvapara Yuga. However, in recent centuries, it was the scene of warfare between the rulers of the Marwar dynasty and of the Mughal Empire. In the 16th century, a fort known as the Bhadrajun Fort was built at Bhadrajun by the Rathore kings of Marwar. Today the fort is owned by Raja Shri Karanveer Singhji, the sixteenth descendant of Marwar Maharajas, who ruled from Jodhpur. It is now run as a heritage hotel.
