- كوستراد (بالإنجليزية: Kostrad) اختصارا ل الجيش الاحتياطي الاستراتيجي للقوات البرية الاندونيسية (بالإندونيسية: Komando Cadangan Strategis Angkatan Darat)، قسم من القيادة الرئيسية المقاتلة التي تملكها القوات البرية الإندونيسية. تملك حوالى 25.000 - 26.000 جيشاً التي داموا مستعديد للعمل بناءً على أمر من قائد القوات المسلحة في أي وقت كان. تتكون كوستراد حالياً من فرقتين:

- The Army Strategic Reserves Command (Indonesian: Komando Cadangan Strategis Angkatan Darat; abbreviated Kostrad) is a combined-arms formation of the Indonesian Army. Kostrad is a Corps level command which has up to 35,000 troops. It also supervises operational readiness among all commands and conducts defence and security operations at the strategic level in accordance with policies under the command of the commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces. In contrast to its name ("Reserves"), Kostrad is the main warfare combat unit of the Indonesian Army. While Kopassus is the elite-special forces of the Indonesian Army, Kostrad as "Komando Utama Operasi" or "Principal Operational Command" still maintains as the first-line combat formation of the Indonesian National Armed Forces along with the Kopassus. This corps has three divisions which are:
* 1st Kostrad Infantry Division, headquartered at Cilodong, Depok, West Java
* 2nd Kostrad Infantry Division, headquartered at Singosari, Malang, East Java
* 3rd Kostrad Infantry Division, headquartered at Bontomarannu, Gowa, South Sulawesi As a corps, Kostrad is commanded by a Panglima Kostrad (Pangkostrad), usually a lieutenant general. Kostrad falls under the army chief of staff for training, personnel, and administration. However, it comes under the Commander-in-Chief of the Indonesian National Armed Forces for operational command and deployment due to the status of Kostrad as one of the principal operation commands. Kostrad typically receives best equipment in the Army and its two armoured battalions received Leopard 2A4 and Leopard 2 Revolution tanks. Starting 1984 the Panglima Kostrad (Pangkostrad) has been charged to lead the conduct of combat operations, called defence and security operations. (en)

- Komando Cadangan Strategis Angkatan Darat atau biasa disingkat Kostrad adalah bagian dari Komando Utama tempur yang dimiliki oleh TNI Angkatan Darat. Kostrad merupakan satuan elit TNI inisiasi Jenderal Abdul Haris Nasution. Kostrad memiliki jumlah pasukan yang dirahasiakan dan selalu siap untuk beroperasi atas perintah Panglima TNI kapan saja. Saat ini Kostrad terdiri dari tiga Divisi:
* Divisi Infanteri 1/Kostrad berada di Cilodong, Depok, Jawa Barat
* Divisi Infanteri 2/Kostrad berada di Singosari, Malang, Jawa Timur

В задачи Кострад входит проведение стратегических операций по обеспечению обороны и безопасности Индонезии, а также контроль оперативной готовности прочих подразделений Сухопутных войск. Кострад возглавляется (индон. Panglima Komando Strategis Angkatan Darat, сокращённо Pangkostrad), с 1996 года обычно имеющим звание генерал-лейтенанта. По административным вопросам, а также по вопросам набора новобранцев командующий Кострад подчиняется , по всем остальным вопросам — непосредственно главнокомандующему Национальной армией Индонезии. Будучи формированием особого назначения, Кострад (наряду со спецназом ) первым в индонезийской армии получает самые современные образцы оружия и военной техники: к примеру, первые образцы немецких танков «Леопард 2» были получены именно бронетанковыми батальонами Кострад.
