- L'anarquisme ha estat present a Israel des d'abans de la creació de l'estat israelià, especialment a través del moviment quibuts, i té les seves arrels en el moviment llibertari de Jiddishland del segle xix. El debat és intens dintre del moviment anarquista internacional al voltant de la proposta del sionisme de Theodor Herzl i la creació d'«una llar nacional» jueva a Palestina. Un moviment sionista llibertari defensa la creació d'aquesta llar nacional jueva sense donar suport a la creació d'un Estat-nació jueu i promovent la cooperació entre jueus i palestins. (ca)
- Anarchism has been an undercurrent in the politics of Palestine and Israel for over a century. The anarchist ideology arrived in Palestine at the beginning of the 20th century, carried by a big wave of emigrants from Eastern Europe (Russia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Poland). The ideas of Peter Kropotkin and Leo Tolstoy had remarkable influence on famous exponents of some Left Zionists. Anarchists organized themselves across Israel and Palestine, and influenced the worker movement in Israel. Anarchists often call for a zero state solution, to the Palestinian Israeli conflict, in reference to a complete abolition of the states of Israel and Palestine. (en)

- L'anarchisme est présent en Israël dès avant la création de l'État israélien, notamment au travers du mouvement des kibboutzim, et plonge ses racines dans le mouvement libertaire du Yiddishland au XIXe siècle. Le débat est intense au sein du mouvement anarchiste international autour de la proposition du sionisme de Theodor Herzl et de la création d'un « foyer national » juif en Palestine. Un courant sioniste libertaire défend la création de ce foyer national juif sans pour autant avaliser la création d'un État-nation juif et tout en prônant la coopération entre juifs et palestiniens. L'anarchisme s'implante en Palestine au début du XXe siècle, porté par une vague d'émigrants d'Europe de l'Est (Russie, Lituanie, Ukraine, Pologne). Les idées de Pierre Kropotkine et de Léon Tolstoï influencent certains sionistes de gauche, tels Yitzhak Tabenkin et Berl Katznelson, ainsi que certains mouvements socio-politiques tels Poale Zion, HeHalutz ou Gdoud haavoda (Bataillon du Travail). Dans le contexte du conflit israélo-palestinien, les anarchistes sont surtout actif dans le mouvement d'action directe et de solidarité avec le peuple palestinien, notamment au travers du collectif Anarchists Against the Wall.
