- La Gant-Wevelgem 2010 fou la 72a edició de la clàssica belga Gant-Wevelgem i es disputà el 28 de març de 2010 sobre un traçat de 219 km totalment redissenyat en els darrers quilòmetres respecte edicions anteriors, amb un pas per França per ascendir dues vegades el Mont des Cats i el Mont Noir. Aquesta cursa era la sisena del Calendari mundial UCI 2010. Bernhard Eisel superà a l'esprint a Sep Vanmarcke, Philippe Gilbert i George Hincapie que formaven part d'una escapada de deu que s'havia format a manca de 45 km. En aquesta mateixa escapada també hi havia Óscar Freire, però a 7 km de l'arribada quedà despenjat. (ca)
- The 2010 Gent–Wevelgem cycle road race took place on March 28, 2010. It was the 72nd edition of the international top classic Gent–Wevelgem. The final of Gent–Wevelgem was largely redrawn. An extra track was added in France, with a double passage over Mont des Cats and Mont Noir. The race was the sixth event in the UCI World Ranking. Bernhard Eisel (AUT) beat Sep Vanmarcke of Belgium in a six-way sprint to the finish to win the Ghent-Wevelgem cycling classic. One of the pre-race favourites Philippe Gilbert finished third ahead of American veteran George Hincapie. The other pre-race favourites Tom Boonen and Fabian Cancellara both dropped out in the middle of the race. Eisel commented after the race, "Until now I never liked this race. The wind and all is not my thing. But from this day on Gent–Wevelgem is going to become my great love." (en)
- La 71ª edición de la Gante-Wevelgem se disputó el 28 de marzo de 2010, sobre un trazado de 209 km de los 219 previstos inicialmente. La carrera perteneció al UCI ProTour 2010. Participaron 25 equipos: los 18 de categoría UCI ProTeam (al tener obligada su participación); más 7 de categoría Profesional Continental mediante invitación de la organización (Landbouwkrediet, Topsport Vlaanderen-Mercator, Acqua & Sapone-D'Angelo & Antenucci, Skil-Shimano, Vacansoleil Pro Cycling Team, Cervélo Test Team y BMC Racing Team. Formando así un pelotón de 194 ciclistas de 8 corredores cada equipo (excepto el Ag2r-La Mondiale, el Euskaltel-Euskadi, la Française des Jeux, el Lampre-Farnese Vini, el RadioShack, el Acqua & Sapone que salieron con 7), de los que acabaron 118; aunque solo 49 de ellos dentro del "control". El ganador final fue Bernhard Eisel por delante de Sep Vanmarcke y Philippe Gilbert respectivamente, tras ganar al sprint en el grupo cabecero compuesto por seis ciclistas. (es)
