- Soutěžní ročník Lega Pro Seconda Divisione 2008/09 byl 31. ročník čtvrté nejvyšší italské fotbalové ligy. Soutěž začala 31. srpna 2008 a skončila 21. června 2009. Účastnilo se jí celkem 54 týmů rozdělené do tří skupin po 18 klubech. Z každé skupiny postoupil vítěz přímo do třetí ligy, druhý postupující se probojoval přes play off. Kluby které měli sestoupit (Valenzana Calcio, US Poggibonsi a AC Isola Liri) nakonec zůstali v soutěži i v příští sezoně. (cs)
- The 2008–09 Lega Pro Seconda Divisione season was the thirty-first football (soccer) league season of Italian Lega Pro Seconda Divisione since its establishment in 1978, and the first since the renaming from Serie C2 to Lega Pro. It was divided into two phases: the regular season, played from September 2008 to May 2009, and the playoff phase from May to June 2009. It was composed of 54 teams divided into three divisions of 18 teams each, whose teams were divided geographically. Teams only played other teams in their own division, once at home and once away for a total of 34 matches each. Teams finishing first in the regular season, plus one team winning the playoff round from each division were promoted to Lega Pro Prima Divisione; teams finishing last in the regular season, plus two relegation playoff losers from each division were relegated to Serie D. In all, six teams were promoted to Lega Pro Prima Divisione, and nine teams were relegated to Serie D. (en)

Se divide en tres zonas: A, B y C. La temporada 2008–09 será la trigésimo primera temporada de fútbol en la competición en la Lega Seconda Divisione desde su establecimiento en 1978, y la primera desde la denominación de Serie C2 a Lega Seconda Divisione. Está dividido en dos fases: la liga regular, jugado de septiembre de 2008 a mayo de 2009, y la fase de playoff a partir de mayo a junio de 2009. La liga se compone de 54 equipos divididos en tres grupos de 18 equipos cada uno, que dividirán a equipos geográficamente. Ascenderán los equipos que acaben primeros en la liga, más un equipo que gane el playoff de cada división a Lega Prima Divisione; relegarán a los equipos que acaban últimos en la liga, más dos perdedores del playoff de descenso a la Serie D.
