The Cymru North is a regional football league in Wales, covering the northern half of the country. It has clubs with semi-professional status and together with the Cymru South, it forms the second tier of the Welsh football league system. The first year of its operation was 2019–20 with the Football Association of Wales owning and administering the tier 2 leagues for the first time. These changes followed from a review of the Welsh Football Pyramid. Prior to 2019, the equivalent league was the Cymru Alliance, covering North and Central Wales. Cymru North – drugi poziom rozgrywek ligowych w piłkę nożną w części północnej Walii, po raz pierwszy zorganizowany w 2019 roku. Zastąpił Cymru Alliance. El FAW Championship North & Mid es una de las ligas regionales que conforman el Campeonato FAW, la segunda división de fútbol de Gales. De Cymru North is een regionale voetbalcompetitie in Wales en bestrijkt de noordelijke helft van het land. De competitie vormt samen met de Cymru South het tweede niveau van het Welshe voetbal. De competitie werd in 2019 opgericht, als vervanger van de Cymru Alliance en bestrijkt Noord- en Midden-Wales. In 2019 zou Prestatyn Town de eerste kampioen worden. De winnaar promoveert naar de JD Cymru Premier League, dit is ook de enige promotieplek.
