- Cornelius „Neil“ Horan (* 22. dubna 1947 , Irsko) je bývalý katolický kněz, jenž se dvakrát dostal do centra pozornosti světových médií, když rušil významné sportovní události. 20. července 2003 přeběhl před jedoucími vozy s transparentem „Čtěte bibli, ta se nikdy nemýlí.“, čímž narušil Velkou cenu Velké Británie, součást mistrovství světa Formule 1. Dále Neil Horan vběhl 29. srpna 2004 na trasu maratonského běhu při olympijských hrách 2004 v Aténách. Zadržel vedoucího běžce Vanderlei de Lima z Brazílie, jemuž se potom nepodařilo udržet vedení. Vysvěcen byl Neil Horan v roce 1973, ale již 1974 se přidal k sektě „The Apostolic Fellowship of Christ“. V roce 1980 se vrátil ke katolické církvi a opět nastoupil dráhu kněze. Začal publikovat knihy, v nichž předpovídal blízký konec světa. Jeho nadřízení mu doporučili psychiatrické vyšetření. Po sérii kázání, v nichž se rovněž zmiňoval (mimo jiné) o očekávaném konci světa, jej odvolali z jeho funkce faráře. Rozhodl se tedy na tuto událost upozornit při sportovních akcích. Katolická církev ho definitivně zbavila jeho postavení kněze 20. ledna 2005. Prohlásil, že s tímto rozhodnutím naprosto nesouhlasí a že se odvolá k mnohem vyššímu soudu na nebesích a k soudu Ježíše Krista. (cs)

- Cornelius Cuthbert "Neil" Horan, sometimes referred to as The Grand Prix Priest, The Dancing Priest or The Armageddon Priest (born 22 April 1947), is a laicised Irish Roman Catholic priest who is noted for his interference with the running of the 2003 British Grand Prix and the 2004 Summer Olympics men's marathon in order to promote his religious belief that the end times are near. In 2004 he was found not guilty of indecent assault against a seven-year-old girl. Though he did admit that he was naked while the girl tickled him and while they played hide-and-seek, during the court case he also claimed to own only one pair of tight-fitting green satin underpants that have never been washed as he needs them to 'always be ready for use', at one point Horan produced the pants from his pocket to show the jury. He was arrested and spent some time in jail in Germany in 2006 when police found out about his plans to stage a Pro-Nazi demonstration (which included a poster he made praising Adolf Hitler). He went on to appear on Britain's Got Talent in May 2009. He danced a soft jig on the show, received a standing ovation by the audience and was put through to the second round. He did not make the live semi-finals. In 2017 he showed his support outside court for disgraced entertainer Rolf Harris. (en)

Horan foi condenado a 1 ano de prisão, mas pagou uma multa de 3 mil euros (equivalente a 10 mil reais) para sair livre. Anteriormente, ele também havia invadido o circuito de Silverstone no Grande Prêmio da Grã-Bretanha de Fórmula 1, em 2003, vencida pelo piloto brasileiro Rubens Barrichello com a frase "Leia a Bíblia, ela está sempre certa". Em 2005, segundo a Arquidiocese de Southwark, em Londres, ele foi expulso da igreja católica por conta de profecias do apocalipse. "Eu rejeito completamente essa decisão.
