The Puster Valley Railway (German: Pustertalbahn; Italian: Ferrovia della Val Pusteria) is a standard gauge, single-track railway line in the Puster Valley between Franzensfeste (Italian: Fortezza) and Innichen (San Candido), South Tyrol, Italy. The line branches off the Brenner Railway in Franzensfeste and runs via Bruneck and Toblach to Innichen, where it continues as the Drava Valley Railway (Drautalbahn).

Assieme alla Drautalbahn fa parte della storica ferrovia carinziana (in tedesco Kärntner Bahn), che unisce Fortezza, sulla ferrovia del Brennero, a Maribor, sulla Vienna–Trieste. Il gestore dell'infrastruttura è Rete Ferroviaria Italiana, mentre il traffico ferroviario passeggeri è operato congiuntamente dalle imprese ferroviarie Trenitalia e SAD, nell'ambito del contratto di servizio stipulato con la provincia autonoma di Bolzano.
