- المدعي العام ضد راتكو ملاديتش كانت محاكمة جرائم حرب أمام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة في لاهاي بهولندا بشأن الجرائم التي ارتكبها راتكو ملاديتش خلال حرب البوسنة والهرسك في دوره كجنرال في جيش يوغوسلافيا الشعبي ورئيس أركان جيش جمهورية صرب البوسنة. وترأس القضية القاضي ألفونس أوري من هولندا مع قاضيين مساعدين وهما باكوني جاستيس مولوتو من جنوب إفريقيا وكريستوف فلوج من ألمانيا. بدأت الإجراءات في 3 يونيو 2011 بإدراج قائمة بالتهم الموجهة إلى ملاديتش والتي تضمنت انتهاكات لقانون الحرب والإبادة الجماعية والجرائم ضد الإنسانية ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بمذبحة سربرنيتسا وحصار سراييفو. صدر الحكم في 22 نوفمبر 2017 وأدين ملاديتش بـ 10 تهم من أصل 11 تهمة وحكم عليه بالسجن مدى الحياة. كان من المقرر أن يقدم ملاديتش استئنافه في مارس 2020 ولكن تم تأجيله بسبب جائحة فيروس كورونا. عُقدت جلسات الاستماع الأولى في 25 و 26 أغسطس 2020 وفي 8 يونيو 2021 رُفض استئناف ملاديتش النهائي. - The Prosecutor v. Ratko Mladić was a war crimes trial before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in The Hague, Netherlands, concerning crimes committed during the Bosnian War by Ratko Mladić in his role as a general in the Yugoslav People's Army and the Chief of Staff of the Army of Republika Srpska. Judge Alphons Orie of the Netherlands presided over the case, with two assisting judges, Bakone Justice Moloto of South Africa and Christoph Flügge of Germany. Proceedings began on 3 June 2011 with a listing of the charges against Mladić, which included violations of the laws or customs of war, genocide, and crimes against humanity particularly in connection with the Srebrenica massacre and Siege of Sarajevo. The verdict was delivered on 22 November 2017. Mladić was convicted of 10 of the 11 charges and sentenced to life imprisonment. Mladić was planned to present his appeal in March 2020, but it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The first appeal hearings were held on 25 and 26 August 2020 and on 8 June 2021, Mladić's final appeal was rejected, 4–1. (en)
