- Escadron de chasseur d'attaque 103 Le Strike Fighter Squadron 103 (VFA-103), également connu sous le nom de "Jolly Rogers", est une unité de l’aéronavale américaine créée le 1er janvier 1943 alors identifiable par VF-17. En 1944, elle est dissoute pour ensuite rejoindre les rangs de la VF-84 jusqu’en 1995 où elle est encore dissoute pour cette fois s’appeler VFA-103. Elle a pris part à toutes les opérations extérieures impliquant l’US Navy depuis la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Actuellement, l'escadron est basé au Naval Air Station Oceana (NAS Oceana), en Virginie.
