- Le mouvement des Populaires unis est un petit parti politique démocrate-chrétien italien, essentiellement actif en Basilicate, issu d'une scission, en février 2008, des Populaires-UDEUR favorables au maintien de l'alliance avec le centre gauche et le Parti démocrate. Le mouvement compte un élu au conseil régional de Basilicate à l'issue des élections régionales de 2010 (5,93 % des voix) ainsi que la présidence de la province de Matera. Ses principaux dirigeants sont Antonio Potenza, Gaetano Fierro, Luigi Scaglione et Carmine Negro. Lors des élections générales italiennes de 2013, il n'obtient que 2 992 voix (0,00 %) à la Chambre. - The United Populars (Popolari Uniti) is a regional Centrist and Christian-democratic political party based in Basilicata, Italy. The party was founded in February 2008 by splinters from the UDEUR who wanted to continue the alliance with the centre-left governing coalition, both locally and nationally. They included (regional minister), and , all three regional deputies of Basilicata, and several provincial and municipal ministers, including , President of the Province of Matera. In the 2008 general election the party won 4.1% of the vote in Basilicata for the Senate. In the 2010 regional election the party gained 5.9% of the vote and one regional councillor, Luigi Scaglione. In the 2013 regional election the party, in alliance with the Democratic Centre, won 5.0% of the vote, but no Popular was elected. (en)
