- La Resolució 555 del Consell de Seguretat de les Nacions Unides, aprovada el 12 d'octubre de 1984, després de recordar les resolucions anterior del Consell de Seguretat de les Nacions Unides sobre el tema, així com l'estudi de l'informe del Secretari General de les Nacions Unides sobre la Força Provisional de les Nacions Unides al Líban (FPNUL) aprovada a la Resolució 426 (1978), el Consell va decidir ampliar el mandat de la FPNUL durant sis mesos més fins al 19 d'abril de 1985. El Consell va reiterar el mandat de la Força i va demanar al Secretari General que informés sobre els progressos realitzats respecte a l'aplicació de les resolucions 425 (1978) i 426 (1978) del Consell de Seguretat de les Nacions Unides. La resolució 555 va ser aprovada per 13 vots contra cap, amb dues abstencions de la República Socialista Soviètica d'Ucraïna i la Unió Soviètica. (ca)
- قرار مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة رقم 555، الصادر في 12 تشرين الأول / أكتوبر 1984، بعد التذكير بالقرارات السابقة حول الموضوع، ودراسة تقرير الأمين العام عن قوة الأمم المتحدة المؤقتة في لبنان (اليونيفيل) المعتمد في 426 (1978)، قرر المجلس تمديد ولاية اليونيفيل لستة أشهر أخرى حتى 19 أبريل 1985. ثم أعاد المجلس التأكيد على ولاية القوة وطلب من الأمين العام تقديم تقرير عن التقدم المحرز فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ القرارين 425 (1978) و 426 (1978). تم اعتماد القرار بأغلبية 13 صوتًا، مع امتناع عضوين عن التصويت من جمهورية أوكرانيا الاشتراكية السوفياتية والاتحاد السوفيتي . - Resolusi 555 Dewan Keamanan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa, diadopsi pada 12 Oktober 1984. Usai mengulang resolusi-resolusi sebelumnya mengenai topik tersebut, serta mengkaji laporan dari Sekjen perihal United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) yang disepakati dalam resolusi 426 (1978), DKPBB memutuskan untuk memperpanjang masa penugasan UNIFIL selama enam bulan sampai 19 April 1985. - United Nations Security Council resolution 555, adopted on 12 October 1984, after recalling previous resolutions on the topic, as well as studying the report by the Secretary-General on the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) approved in 426 (1978), the Council decided to extend the mandate of UNIFIL for a further six months until 19 April 1985. The Council then reemphasised the mandate of the Force and requested the Secretary-General to report back on the progress made with regard to the implementation of resolutions 425 (1978) and 426 (1978). Resolution 555 was adopted by 13 votes to none, with two abstentions from the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic and Soviet Union. (en)
