The final version of the album includes only "No Excuses" the song peaked at number 46, on the US Billboard Hot 100, spending a total of 12 weeks on the chart. It was certified platinum in the United States for sales of over one million units. Two new singles, "Wave" and "Nice to Meet Ya", were released as the second and third single respectively, with the latter peaking at number 89 on the US Billboard hot 100, becoming Trainor's 10th entry on the chart. Treat Myself was released to mixed reviews from critics, with some of them thinking that its quality was worth the delay while others criticized the lyrical content. The album was a commercial underperformance. It debuted at number 25 on the US Billboard 200, and spent only three weeks on the chart. • My therapist blew my mind with this: If you go through a really hard patch of anxiety, and you get out of it, you should reward yourself. So my big thing that I'm working on in life right now is treating myself and being good to myself because it's a very hard thing to do — including taking care of my health and even how I talk about myself.
