- الأبهر الصدري النازل (بالإنجليزية: Descending thoracic aorta)الأبهر النازل. في حدود الصدر وهو جزء من الشريان الأورطي الموجود في الصدر . والذي يقع بين قوس الشريان إلى النقطة التي يتفرع بها الشريان إلى الشرايين الحرقفية المشتركة، يبدأ من القسم الخلفي للقوس عند الجدار الخلفي للقفص الصدري وينزل إلى الاسفل خلف التامور والقلب وعلى اجسام الفقرات الصدرية وإلى يسار المرئ. ويترك القفص الصدري من فتحة في عضلة الحجاب الحاجز أمام الحافة السفلى لجسم الفقرة الصدرية الثانية وعند الفقرة القطنية الرابعة .ينقسم الأبهر النازل إلى فرعين هما الشريان الحرقفي العام الأيمن والشريان الحرقفي العام الأيسر ولتجهيز الطرف السفلي حيث يسمى بالشريان الفخذي . - Die Aorta thoracica („Brustaorta“) ist ein Abschnitt der Hauptschlagader (Aorta) bei Säugetieren. Sie ist die direkte Fortsetzung des Aortenbogens und zieht im Mediastinum in Richtung Zwerchfell. Dort tritt sie durch den Aortenschlitz (Hiatus aorticus) und wird dann als Bauchaorta (Aorta abdominalis) bezeichnet. Aus der Aorta thoracica entspringen segmental die hinteren Zwischenrippenarterien (Arteriae intercostales posteriores, bei Tieren als Arteriae intercostales dorsales bezeichnet), welche die Brustwand, Brustwirbelsäule, das Rückenmark und die Rückenmuskulatur im Bereich des Brustkorbes versorgen. Außerdem entspringen ihr Äste zur Versorgung der Lunge (Rami bronchiales) und Speiseröhre (Rami oesophagei). Bei vielen Säugetieren entspringen diese Äste aus einem gemeinsamen Hauptstamm, der Arteria bronchooesophagea. Beim Menschen entspringt zudem die obere Zwerchfellarterie (Arteria phrenica superior) aus der Brustaorta, die an der Versorgung des Zwerchfells beteiligt ist. Bei einer Aussackung der Wand der Brustaorta spricht man von einem thorakalen Aortenaneurysma. (de)
- The descending thoracic aorta is a part of the aorta located in the thorax. It is a continuation of the aortic arch. It is located within the posterior mediastinal cavity, but frequently bulges into the left pleural cavity. The descending thoracic aorta begins at the lower border of the fourth thoracic vertebra and ends in front of the lower border of the twelfth thoracic vertebra, at the aortic hiatus in the diaphragm where it becomes the abdominal aorta. At its commencement, it is situated on the left of the vertebral column; it approaches the median line as it descends; and, at its termination, lies directly in front of the column. The descending thoracic aorta has a curved shape that faces forward, and has small branches. It has a radius of approximately 1.16 cm. (en)
- Toraxeko aorta arteria handiaren goiko zatia da. Bihotzaren ezkerreko bentrikulutik ateratzen da, balbula aortikoaren zulotik zehazki, eta diafragmatik behera abdomeneko aorta bihurtzen da. - A aorta torácica está contida na cavidade posterior do mediastino e, é ramo da aorta descendente. Na sua porção superior, situa-se à esquerda da linha mediana indo aproximando-se dela, mas sem nunca a atingir, à medida que desce (com obliquidade póstero-infero-medial) em direcção ao hiato aórtico do diafragma, ao nível da 12.ª vértebra torácica. Ao alcançar o diafragma, continua-se através da aorta abdominal. Ao longo do seu percurso, dá origem a ramos colaterais que podem ser classificados em dois tipos: ramos viscerais, que vascularizam órgãos intratorácicos, (artérias brônquicas: estas irrigam os pulmões, , ) e ramos parietais, que vascularizam as paredes do tórax (artérias intercostais posteriores).
