- تسيل بلدة في جنوبي سوريا، تتبع إدارياً لمنطقة إزرع في محافظة درعا. بلغ عدد سكان تسيل 15,985 نسمة حسب تعداد عام 2004،تبلغ مساحتها حوالي 5000 دونم. تعد البلدة ذات طبيعة خصبة إذ فيها عدة أحراش حراجية مشكلة الحديقة الوطنية الغنية بأنواع مختلفة من الأشجار، كما أنها غنية بالمياه الجوفية والينابيع وتتجمع فيها المياه لتشكل سد العلان. وتمتازُ «تسيل» بأرضِها السهلة التي تنحدرُ قليلاً من الجزء الجنوبيّ حتّى الغربيّ، ويتخلّلُها تلّ الجموعِ في الجزء الشرقيّ، إضافة إلى تلّيْن، هما: عميدون القبلي، وعميدون الشماليّ في الجزءِ الجنوبيّ منها. - Tasil (en arabe : تسيل) est une bourgade du sud de la Syrie située à 80 kilomètres au sud de Damas, à environ 15 kilomètres de la frontière jordanienne marquée par la rivière Yarmouk et 12 kilomètres du plateau du Golan contrôlé par Israël. Elle comprend environ 15 000 habitants. Elle dépend du gouvernorat de Deraa et est le chef-lieu d'un Nahié (équivalent au canton). (fr)

According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics, Tasil had a population of 15,985 in the 2004 census. It is the administrative center of a nahiyah ("subdistrict") consisting of three localities with a combined population of 17,778 in 2004. It is situated on an elevation of 1,722 feet (525 meters) above sea level surrounded by extensive tracts of arable, but stony land. (en)
