- La classe TF-2000 est un projet construction d'une classe de destroyer anti-aérien conduit par la Turquie depuis la fin des années 1990. L'effort turc dans le domaine naval s’organise autour du programme MILGEM, lancé en 2004. Ce programme vise la modernisation la flotte turque à horizon 2030 par des navires entièrement fabriqués en Turquie. Il se compose de 3 classes de navire : les corvettes de la classe Ada, les frégates légères de la classe Istanbul, et les destroyers TF-2000. La Turquie considère cette classe comme un nouveau type de navire pour sa propre marine, elle prendra comme numéro de coque « TF xx », rajoutant un nouveau sigle à la classification de leurs navires. - Kapal kelas fregat TF-2000 adalah kapal perang proyeksi anti-udara (dengan dimensi dan perpindahan dari perusak) saat ini dalam perngembangan oleh Turki Naval Institute. Kelas ini akan memberikan kemampuan bertahan di hadapan ancaman udara dan juga mendukung fungsi misi seperti komando, kontrol, dan komunikasi, pengintaian, , perang permukaan, perang anti-kapal selam, dan peperangan elektronik. Pada tanggal 5 Desember 2007, Komite Eksekutif Industri Pertahanan menyetujui rencana untuk membangun enam kapal kelas ini (4 tetap, 2 opsional). Pada Januari 2013, diumumkan bahwa Turki berencana untuk mengakuisisi total delapan kapal perusak TF-2000, yang kemudian direvisi menjadi 7 kapal. - The TF-2000-class destroyer is a projected anti-air warfare destroyer currently undergoing development by the Turkish Naval Institute. The class will provide survivability in the presence of aerial threat and also support mission functions such as command, control, and communications, reconnaissance, early warning, surface warfare, anti-submarine warfare and electronic warfare. On 5 December 2007, Defence Industry Executive Committee approved plans to build six ships of this class (4 fixed, 2 optional). In January 2013, it was announced that Turkey was planning to acquire a total of 8 TF-2000 destroyers, which was confirmed in International Defence Industry Fair (IDEF) 2021. With the realization of the project, it is intended to improve the anti-air warfare (AAW) capabilities of the Turkish Navy. (en)
