- Le bombardement de la maison de retraite de Stara Krasnianka est survenu le 11 mars 2022 lors de l'invasion russe de l'Ukraine. Le 7 mars, les forces armées ukrainiennes auraient occupé une maison de retraite dans le village de Stara Krasnianka, près de Kreminna, dans l'oblast de Louhansk, et y auraient installé une position de tir sans évacuer au préalable les habitants. Le 11 mars 2022, les forces séparatistes pro-russes ont attaqué la maison de retraite à l'arme lourde alors que 71 patients handicapés et 15 membres du personnel se trouvaient encore à l'intérieur. Un incendie s'est déclaré et une cinquantaine de personnes sont mortes. Un groupe d'habitants a fui la maison et a été secouru par des séparatistes pro-russes. Les responsables ukrainiens ont accusé les forces russes d'avoir délibérément pris pour cible un établissement médical et d'avoir expulsé de force les survivants. Le 29 juin, un rapport du HCDH a décrit l'incident comme un cas "emblématique" d'objectif militaire placé à proximité d'objets civils et d'utilisation possible de boucliers humains pour empêcher les opérations militaires dans la région. - The attack to the care house in Stara Krasnianka took place on 11 March 2022 during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. On 7 March the Ukrainian armed forces reportedly occupied a care house in the village of , near Kreminna, Luhansk region, and set up a firing position there without first evacuating the residents. On 11 March 2022 pro-Russian separatist forces attacked the care house with heavy weapons while 71 patients with disabilities and 15 members of staff were still inside. A fire broke out and approximately fifty people died. A group of residents fled the house and was given assistance by pro-Russian separatists. Ukraine officials accused the Russian forces of deliberately targeting a medical facility and forcefully deporting the survivors. On 29 June, a report of the OHCHR described the incident as an "emblematic" case of a military objective placed near civilian objects and possible use of human shields to prevent military operations in the area. Российские войска обстреляли дом с пожилыми людьми из танка, в результате обстрела, по сообщению главы Луганской ОВА Сергея Гайдая, были убиты 56 человек. Непосредственно дом расположен в Старой Краснянке, пригороде Кременной, находящемся на шоссе, ведущем в Рубежное. (ru)
- Обстріл будинку пристарілих у місті Кремінній Луганської області відбувся 11 березня 2022 року в ході російського вторгнення в Україну. Російські війська обстріляли будинок з літніми людьми з танка, в результаті обстрілу, за повідомленням голови Луганської ОВА Сергія Гайдая, загинуло 56 осіб. 15 людей, які вижили, росіяни викрали та вивезли на окуповану територію у місто Сватове до обласного геріатричного інтернату. 20 березня генеральний прокурор України та уповноважений з прав людини повідомили про попередні висновки розслідування, які збігаються зі свідченнями С. Гайдая. Генеральна прокуратура України оголосила проти Росії звинувачення у воєнних злочинах за напад на медичний заклад. Посольство Сполучених Штатів Америки в Україні зазначило, що Росія понесе відповідальність за цей злочин. В першій половині квітня російські телеграм-канали опублікували відео зі зруйнованого будинку пристарілих у Кремінній, на якому було видно багато обпалених тіл. The Washington Post перевірила місцезнаходження цих відео та зображень, порівнявши їх з багатьма довоєнними архівними відео та фотографіями будинку пристарілих і підтвердила їх ідентичність. (uk)
