- راشد حسين (1936 - 1977) شاعر وخطيب وصحفي فلسطيني ومترجم من العبرية إلى العربية. ولد في قرية مصمص شمال فلسطين، وتوفي إثر حريق في شقته في مدينة نيويورك. نشر راشد مجموعته الأولى عام 1957. أطلق عليه الشاعر الفلسطيني محمود درويش لقب «النجم» الذي كتب عن «أشياء بشرية» كالخبز والجوع والغضب. (ar)
- Rashid Hussein Mahmoud (ou Rāshid Ḥusayn, en arabe : راشد حسين, né en 1936 et mort le 2 février 1977) était un poète, un orateur, un journaliste et un traducteur palestinien. Il est né à (en) Musmus (مُصمُص) en Palestine mandataire. Il a publié son premier recueil en 1957. Il fut le premier poète remarquable à apparaître sur la scène arabe israélienne. Le poète palestinien Mahmoud Darwish a écrit à son sujet : « immense comme un chant du littoral, et triste il nous rendait visite comme une épée de pampre. He was born in Musmus, Mandatory Palestine. He published his first collection in 1957. He was the first prominent poet to appear on the Israeli Arab stage. Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish called him "the star", who wrote about "human things" like bread, hunger and anger. (en)
