- Princess Tutu (プリンセスチュチュ lit. La princesa Tutu?) es un anime japonés ambientado en el ballet y basado en los cuentos que se bailan en ballet. La serie se transmitió en Kids Station en Japón con 26 capítulos. La serie fue creada por Itoh Ikuko, la versión manga fue ilustrada por Shinonome Mizuo y fue serializada en Champion RED Comics y cuenta con dos volúmenes. Reviewers point out that although Princess Tutu is nominally a magical girl series, it is more of a "fairy tale set to ballet with a few magical girl elements mixed in," and its use of dance in lieu of violence to solve conflicts carries "surprisingly effective emotional appeal."
