- The scheme of revitalisation of industrial buildings was announced by the Government of Hong Kong in the 2009-2010 Policy address of Hong Kong. The aims of the scheme is to provide more floor spaces for suitable uses in order to meet Hong Kong’s changing social and economical needs. It aims to redevelop unused and affordable industrial buildings into space for new businesses, especially for the "six pillar industries". The scheme was implemented since April 1, 2010. There was a mid-term review of the scheme in September 2011. Afterwards, the deadline for submission of applications was extended from March 31, 2013 to March 31, 2016. (en)
- Le programme de revitalisation des bâtiments industriels est annoncé par le gouvernement de Hong Kong dans le discours politique 2009-2010. Les objectifs du programme sont de fournir plus d'espaces au sol pour des utilisations appropriées afin de répondre aux besoins sociaux et économiques changeants de Hong Kong. Il vise à réaménager des bâtiments industriels inutilisés et abordables en espaces pour de nouvelles entreprises, en particulier pour les « six industries piliers ». Le programme est mis en œuvre depuis le 1er avril 2010. Il y a eu une revue à mi-parcours du dispositif en septembre 2011. Par la suite, la date limite de dépôt des candidatures a été prolongée du 31 mars 2013 au 31 mars 2016. (fr)
