The 14th Nuestra Belleza México pageant, was held at the Auditorio "Profr. Manuel Bonilla Valle" of Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico on October 6, 2007. Thirty-three contestants of the Mexican Republic competed for the national title, which was won by Elisa Nájera from Guanajuato, who later competed in Miss Universe 2008 in Vietnam where she was the 4th Runner-up. Nájera was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza México titleholder Rosa María Ojeda. She is the first and only Guanajuatense to win this title.

Sergio Marcelino Bravo Sandoval Secretario de Turismo del Estado de Colima. Ella es la segunda Neoleonesa en representar al país en Miss Mundo. Este año, la Organización Nuestra Belleza México obtuvo nuevamente la franquicia de Miss Internacional, y seleccionó a Priscila Perales Nuestra Belleza México 2005 como representante de México en el concurso Miss Internacional 2007 en Japón donde obtuvo el 1° Lugar, convirtiéndose en la primera Mexicana en ganar la corona de este certamen.​ Seis meses después del concurso nacional, el día 9 de abril de 2008 se anunció la designación oficial de Lorenza Bernot​ de Morelos como Nuestra Belleza Internacional México 2008 para competir en Miss Internacional 2008 en Japón. Así mismo la Organización Nuestra Belleza México designó a Lupita González de Jalisco como Miss Continente Americano México 2008 para representar al país en Miss Continente Americano 2008 en Ecuador donde ganó la primera corona para México.​ El Reconocimiento "Corona al Mérito" fue para Luz María Zetina, Nuestra Belleza México 1994 y actriz.
