- Kim Seong-hye, oder auch Kim Song-hye, (* 1965) ist eine nordkoreanische Funktionärin der Partei der Arbeit Koreas. Zurzeit steht sie dem Sekretariat des Komitee für die friedliche Wiedervereinigung des Vaterlandes vor. Sie war mehrmals Delegierte bei innerkoreanischen Treffen, bei denen Verhandlungen mit der südkoreanischen Seite geführt wurden. Im Jahr 2005 war sie beim „15. Innerkoreanischen Ministerialtreffen“ in Seoul eine der 33 nordkoreanischen Delegierten, unter denen sich erstmals auch drei Frauen befanden. Nach der Nordkorea-Krise 2013 hat sie die nordkoreanische Delegation geleitet, um mögliche Gespräche auf Ministerebene einzuleiten. Über ihre Ausbildung ist nicht viel bekannt. - Kim Song-hye (Korean: 김성혜, born 17 July 1965) is a North Korean politician. As the head of the Secretarial Bureau of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland (CPRK), she has taken part in numerous negotiations between North and South Korea. She has participated in talks at the 2000 inter-Korean summit, the 15th and 16th in 2005, the 2007 inter-Korean summit, and most notably the inter-Korean working level talks of 2013 where she headed the North Korean delegation. Kim has hosted many South Korean dignitaries visiting the North, including the future President of South Korea Park Geun-hye in 2002, the former First Lady of South Korea Lee Hee-ho in 2011, and the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra in 2012. It is highly unusual for a woman to be tasked with an important area of foreign policy in North Korea. Consequentially, Kim has been called the "female hard worker for South Korean affairs". Her feminine clothing has stood out in the otherwise largely male North Korean delegations and attracted media attention. Kim's prominent role as a negotiator has been explained as a gesture of friendliness from the North Korean government as well as a way to match the presidency of Park Geun-hye, South Korea's first female president. À la tête du bureau du secrétariat du (en) (CPRK), elle participe à de nombreuses négociations entre la Corée du Nord et la Corée du Sud. Elle participe aux pourparlers du sommet inter-coréen de 2000, aux 15e et 16e pourparlers ministériels Nord-Sud en 2005, au sommet inter-coréen de 2007, et plus particulièrement aux pourparlers intercoréens de 2013 où elle dirige la délégation du gouvernement nord-coréen. Kim participe à l'accueil de nombreux dignitaires sud-coréens en visite dans le Nord, dont le futur président de la Corée du Sud Park Geun-hye en 2002, l'ancienne (en) Lee Hee-ho en 2011 et l'Orchestre philharmonique de Séoul en 2012. Il est très inhabituel qu'une femme soit chargée d'un domaine important de la politique étrangère en Corée du Nord. Par conséquent, Kim est qualifiée de « femme qui travaille dur pour les affaires sud-coréennes ». Ses vêtements féminins se démarquent dans les délégations nord-coréennes majoritairement masculines et attirent l'attention des médias.
