- الدبلوماسية النسوية، أو السياسة الخارجية النسوية، هي مفهوم يدعو الدولة إلى تعزيز القيم والممارسات المناسبة لتحقيق المساواة بين الجنسين، وضمان تمتع جميع النساء بحقوقهن الإنسانية، من خلال العلاقات الدبلوماسية. وبدأت هذه الممارسة مارغو والستروم، وزيرة الخارجية السويدية السابقة. تغلب السياسة الخارجية النسوية على مساعدات التنمية، فيمكن للتمويل أن يستهدف ويحفز البرامج التي تعطي الأولوية للمساواة بين الجنسين. وهي منتشرة أيضًا في الدبلوماسية عندما تهدف إلى تحقيق المساواة بين الجنسين في عدد مناصب السفراء. تشمل أهداف السياسة الخارجية النسوية (على سبيل المثال لا الحصر):

- Feministische Außenpolitik (englisch: feminist foreign policy) bezeichnet ein 2014 von der damaligen schwedischen Außenministerin Margot Wallström geprägtes Schlagwort für eine internationale Außenpolitik, bei der feministische Sichtweisen zum Maßstab gemacht werden. Der Handlungsrahmen umreißt eine Politik, die Gewalt und Diskriminierung überwinden sowie Geschlechtergerechtigkeit und Menschenrechte verwirklichen will. Im Deutschen wurde der Begriff durch seine Aufnahme in den Koalitionsvertrag der 20. Wahlperiode des deutschen Bundestags 2021 bekannt. (de)
- Feminist foreign policy, or feminist diplomacy, is a concept that calls for a state to promote values and good practices to achieve gender equality, and to guarantee all women enjoy their human rights, through diplomatic relations. The practice was initiated by Margot Wallström, former Swedish Foreign Affairs Minister. Feminist foreign policy is prevalent in development aid, where financing can target and incentivize programs that prioritize gender equality. It is also prevalent in diplomacy when aiming at achieving gender parity in the number of ambassador posts. The objectives of feminist foreign policy include (but are not limited to):
* The fight against sexual and sexist violence;
* The education of women and girls, and that of men and boys;
* The economic emancipation of women across the world;
* Involving women in politics and decision-making;
* Involving women in peace negotiations and treaties According to Margot Wallström, including women in peace negotiations makes them more likely to be successful and to be respected. Involving women in peace negotiations has been proven to have such positive effects. In fact, a statistical analysis of 182 signed peace agreements between 1989 and 2011 revealed peace agreements where women are involved are “35% more likely to last for fifteen years”. (en)
- La diplomatie féministe ou politique étrangère féministe est un concept originaire de Suède, initié par l'ancienne ministre des Affaires étrangères suédoise Margot Wallström, qui consiste pour un État à promouvoir, au travers de ses relations diplomatiques, des idéaux et bonnes pratiques pour atteindre « l'égalité entre les sexes » et à garantir « à toutes les femmes et filles la jouissance de leurs droits fondamentaux ». La diplomatie féministe peut concerner l'aide au développement, dont les financements peuvent être accrus et ciblés sur des programmes favorisant l'égalité entre les hommes et les femmes. Elle peut aussi consister à nommer un nombre paritaire d'ambassadeurs et d'ambassadrices. Les objectifs de la diplomatie féministe incluent notamment :
* la lutte contre les violences sexuelles et sexistes ;
* l’éducation des filles et des femmes, des garçons et des hommes, partout dans le monde ;
* l’émancipation économique des femmes à travers le monde (particulièrement en Afrique), notamment l'entrepreneuriat féminin ;
* associer les femmes à la politique et aux décisions engageant l'avenir de leurs pays ;
* associer les femmes aux négociations et accords de paix et de coopération, ce qui les rendrait plus susceptibles d'aboutir et d'être respectés selon Margot Wallström. Ce dernier point est confirmé par des recherches menées par le think tank américain Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), qui démontrent que les femmes sont plus susceptibles de contribuer à la paix, avec une approche allant au-delà des clivages ethniques, culturels et sectaires. Selon le CFR, lorsque les femmes participent aux négociations de paix, les accords qui en résultent ont 35% plus de chances de durer au moins 15 ans. (fr)
