- Výkonné nařízení č. 13771 (nadepsané „Omezení nákladů na regulace a jejich kontrolu“) je výkonné nařízení podepsané prezidentem USA Donaldem Trumpem dne 30. ledna 2017. Nařizuje agenturám, aby zrušily dvě nařízení za každé nově přijaté, a to tak, aby se celkové náklady na právní předpisy nezvyšovaly. It directs agencies to repeal two existing regulations for every new regulation, and to do so in such a way that the total cost of regulations does not increase. It is an example of a PAYGO (Pay As You GO) policy for regulations, comparable to regulatory PAYGO policies in Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
