- The Europa Point Lighthouse, also referred to as the Trinity Lighthouse at Europa Point and the Victoria Tower or La Farola in Llanito, is a lighthouse at Europa Point, on the southeastern tip of the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar, on the southern end of the Iberian Peninsula, at the entrance to the Mediterranean Sea. Europa Lighthouse was inaugurated on 1 August 1841 in a brief ceremony witnessed by about 10,000 people. The first upgrade of the lighthouse occurred in 1864, when the single-wick lamp was replaced with a Chance Brothers four-wick burner, with further changes in 1875 and in 1894 when the amount of light emitted was increased. A three incandescent mantle burner was added in 1905. Following further modernisation in the 20th century, the lighthouse was fully automated in 1994 and converted to LED operation in 2016. Europa Point Lighthouse is operated by Trinity House. The cylindrical tower is painted white, with a wide red horizontal band in the middle. The lighthouse has a height of 20 metres (66 ft) and is 49 metres (161 ft) above the high-water mark. (en)

- Europa Point Lighthouse is een vuurtoren die zich bevindt op Europa Point, een plaats in het zuidoosten van Gibraltar, een Brits overzees gebied dat ligt aan het zuidelijke eind van het Iberisch Schiereiland. De vuurtoren kijkt uit over de toegang tot de Middellandse Zee en dient als oriëntatiepunt voor de schepen die door de Straat van Gibraltar navigeren. Ook schippers die de Baai van Gibraltar willen aandoen gebruiken hem als richtpunt. De vuurtoren staat ook bekend onder de namen Trinity Lighthouse at Europa Point en Victoria Tower. In het Llanito, een Spaanse variant die op Gibraltar gesproken wordt, kreeg hij de naam La Farola (de straatlantaarn). De toren wordt gecontroleerd vanuit het Planning Centre van Trinity House in Harwich in het Engelse Essex. Trinity House is verantwoordelijk voor de navigatiemiddelen in Engeland, Wales, Gibraltar en de Kanaaleilanden. Patent na budowę na Europa Point latarni morskiej został nadany w formie ustawy przez Parlament Zjednoczonego Królestwa Wielkiej Brytanii i Irlandii Północnej w 1838 roku dla Trinity House, która w 1894 roku stała się General Lighthouse Authority for Gibraltar. Jest to jedyna nadzorowana przez Trinity House latarnia morska znajdująca się poza terytorium Wielkiej Brytanii. W latach 1864, 1875 oraz 1894 dokonano modernizacji i wymiany optyki latarni. Zwiększono światłość latarni do około 35000 kandeli. Podobnie na początku XX wieku zostały dokonane kolejne modyfikacje. W latach 1954 – 1956 przeprowadzono duże prace modernizacyjne oraz zelektryfikowano stację.
