The Bulgarian Diocese of the Orthodox Church in America (also known as the Bulgarian Diocese of Toledo, and originally known as the Bulgarian Diocese in Exile) is one of three ethnic dioceses of the Orthodox Church in America (OCA). W jurysdykcję Kościoła Prawosławnego w Ameryce przeszła w 1976 decyzją swojego biskupa Cyryla (Jonczewa). Pozostawał on ordynariuszem diecezji do swojej śmierci. 9 lipca 2011 zjazd duchowieństwa i wiernych administratury nominował do przyjęcia chirotonii biskupiej i objęcia katedry archimandrytę Aleksandra (Golitzina).
