- Der Branscomb-Gletscher ist ein Gletscher im westantarktischen Ellsworthland. Er fließt in der Sentinel Range des Ellsworthgebirges von der Nordwestseite des Mount Vinson zum Nimitz-Gletscher. Der United States Geological Survey kartierte ihn anhand eigener Vermessungen und Luftaufnahmen der United States Navy zwischen 1957 und 1960. Das Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names benannte sie nach dem US-amerikanischen Physiker Lewis M. Branscomb (* 1926), Vorsitzender des von 1982 bis 1984. (de)
- The Branscomb Glacier (78°32′S 86°05′W / 78.533°S 86.083°W) is an Antarctic glacier, 11 nautical miles (20 km; 13 mi) long, flowing west from the north-west side of Vinson Massif (the highest point in Antarctica) into Nimitz Glacier, in the Sentinel Range of the Ellsworth Mountains. Its upper course receives ice influx from both Goodge Col and Jacobsen Valley, while the tributary Roché Glacier joins Branscomb Glacier just northwest of Príncipe de Asturias Peak. The glacier was mapped by the USGS from surveys and USN aerial photographs between 1957 and 1960. It was named by US-ACAN after Lewis M. Branscomb, Chairman of the National Science Board from 1982 to 1984. (en)

In particolare, il ghiacciaio, il cui punto più alto si trova a circa 3.000 m s.l.m., è situato sul versante occidentale della catena principale della dorsale Sentinella, nelle montagne di Ellsworth. Da qui esso fluisce verso ovest a partire dal versante nord-occidentale del monte Vinson, fino ad unire il proprio flusso, a cui lungo il percorso si aggiunge quello del ghiacciaio Roché, a quello del ghiacciaio Nimitz.
