BlueLink Information Network/BlueLink Civic Action Network is a virtual network of Bulgarian non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and activists, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The network offers a variety of Internet-based content and tools for environment, human rights and democracy defenders, organisations, groups and organisations. Since 1999 it is maintained by the BlueLink Foundation in Bulgaria, which implements a broad variety of projects in pursuit of its public interest mission.
