- النزف عند السبر، الذي يُعرف أيضًا باسم نزيف اللثة هو مصطلح يستخدمه أطباء الأسنان وأخصائيو صحة الأسنان عند الإشارة إلى النزيف الناجم عن الملامسة اللطيفة للأنسجة في عمق الميزاب اللثوي، أو الثلم بين اللثة والسن. غالبًا ما يكون النزف عند السبر اختصارًا لـ «بي أو بّي»، ويدل على التهاب اللثة ويشير إلى نوع من التخرب والتآكل في بطانة الميزاب اللثوي (الثلم) أو تقرّح الظهارة. يأتي الدم من الصفيحة الأصلية بعد تقرح البطانة. - Bleeding on probing (BoP) which is also known as bleeding gums or gingival bleeding is a term used by dentists and dental hygienists when referring to bleeding that is induced by gentle manipulation of the tissue at the depth of the gingival sulcus, or interface between the gingiva and a tooth. BoP is a sign of periodontal inflammation and indicates some sort of destruction and erosion to the lining of the sulcus or the ulceration of sulcular epithelium. The blood comes from lamina propria after the ulceration of the lining. BoP seems to be correlated with Periodontal Inflamed Surface Area (PISA). (en)
- Il sanguinamento al sondaggio, conosciuto anche come sanguinamento delle gengive o gengivorragia è un termine usato dagli odontoiatri per descrivere la perdita di sangue nel tratto orale in seguito ad una lieve manipolazione meccanica che avviene nel fondo del solco gengivale o nell'interfaccia tra gengiva e dente. Detto anche bleeding on probing (BOP), esso costituisce una manifestazione dell'infiammazione e può indicare erosione, distruzione o ulcerazione del rivestimento del solco gengivale. Кровотечение обычно происходит из глубины десневой борозды (кармана) - области между зубом и тканью десны. Кровоточивость десен является признаком воспаления и указывает на разрушение или эрозию тканей, выстилающих десневую борозду, или появлении язв на её эпителии. Источником кровотечения обычно оказывается собственная пластинка десны - слой слизистой оболочки, богатый рыхлой соединительной и лимфоидной тканью.Кровоточивость десен может вызываться механическими повреждениями слизистой оболочки полости рта, а также быть признаком разных воспалительных заболеваний пародонта, частота встречаемости которых, согласно некоторым данным, колеблется от 30 до 80% у детей и от 64 до 98% у взрослых. Кровоточивость десен в редких случаях бывает признаком ряда других, более серьезных или системных заболеваний, лечение которых может потребовать участия терапевтов и гематологов.
