- بطولة كأس كونفدرالية الاتحاد الأفريقي لكرة القدم 2018-19 (رسميا كأس توتال كونفدرالية الاتحاد الأفريقي لكرة القدم 2018-19 لكونه راعي البطولة) هي النسخة السادسة عشرة من دوري كرة القدم للأندية في أفريقيا ونظمته اتحاد كرة القدم الإفريقي (كاف) ، تعد كأس الكونفدرالية الإفريقية هي البطولة التي نشأت بعد دمج كأس الاتحاد الأفريقي وكأس الكؤوس الأفريقية. يتبع هذا الموسم مواعيد جديدة لأول مرة حيث تم تقديم موعد البطولة مبكراً عن الأعوام السابقة ونقل مواعيد المباريات إلى نوفمبر بدلاً من فبراير ومن أغسطس إلى مايو، وفقًا لقرار اللجنة التنفيذية للكاف في 20 يوليو 2017. بدأت في ديسمبر 2018 مباشرة بعد انتهاء موسم 2018 ، وستنتهي في مايو 2019 ، قبل بطولة كأس الأمم الأفريقية 2019 (التي تحولت من يناير / فبراير إلى يونيو / يوليو). سيبدأ الموسم التالي بعد كأس إفريقيا للأمم ويتبع التقويم الجديد. فاز بالبطولة نادي الزمالك المصري بالبطولة للمرة الأولى (بمسماها الجديد) بعد تغلبه في النهائي على فريق نهضة بركان المغربي بركلات الترجيح (5-3)، وبالتالي سيخوض نادي الزمالك مباراة كأس السوبر عام 2019 . يعتبر الرجاء البيضاوي هو حامل لقب البطولة السابقة ولكن تم إقصاءه في مرحلة المجموعات. - The 2018–19 CAF Confederation Cup (officially the 2018–19 Total CAF Confederation Cup for sponsorship reasons) was the 16th edition of Africa's secondary club football tournament organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), under the current CAF Confederation Cup title after the merger of CAF Cup and African Cup Winners' Cup. This season follows a transitional calendar which allows the CAF club competitions to switch from a February-to-November schedule to an August–to-May schedule, as per the decision of the CAF Executive Committee on 20 July 2017. It started in December 2018, right after the 2018 season has finished, and concluded in May 2019, before the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (which has been switched from January/February to June/July). Zamalek won the title for the first time, defeating RS Berkane in the final 5–3 on penalties after being tied 1–1 on aggregate, and earned the right to play against the winners of the 2018–19 CAF Champions League in the 2020 CAF Super Cup. Raja Casablanca were the defending champions, but were eliminated in the group stage. (en)
- La Copa Confederación de la CAF 2018-19 fue la decimosexta edición del segundo torneo de fútbol a nivel de clubes más importante de África organizado por la Confederación Africana de Fútbol y cuenta con la participación de equipo de 43 asociaciones miembro. Esta edición es transicional debido al cambio en la calendarización de los torneos continentales que pasaron de jugarse entre febrero y noviembre a jugarse de agosto a mayo luego de la decisión tomada por el comité ejecutivo de la CAF el 20 de julio de 2017. Este torneo inicia en diciembre de 2018 y termina en mayo de 2019 antes de que se juegue la Copa Africana de Naciones 2019, la cual también cambió en sus fechas de competición, pasando de jugarse entre febrero y marzo a jugarse entre junio y julio. El campeón del torneo, el club Zamalek, enfrentará al ganador de la Liga de Campeones de la CAF 2018-19 en la Supercopa de la CAF 2020. (es)

November 2018 und endete mit den Finalspielen im Mai 2019. Titelverteidiger war der marokkanische Verein Raja Casablanca. Sieger wurde zum ersten Mal der ägyptische Verein al Zamalek SC, der sich im Finale nach einem Gesamtergebnis von 1:1 mit 5:3 im Elfmeterschießen gegen RS Berkane durchsetzen konnte.
