- The 2015 Women's Six Nations Championship, also known as the 2015 RBS Women's Six Nations due to the tournament's sponsorship by the Royal Bank of Scotland, was the 14th series of the Women's Six Nations Championship, an annual women's rugby union competition between six European rugby union national teams. Matches were held in February and March 2015, on the same weekends as the men's tournament, if not always the same day. The championship was contested by England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales. Ireland won the championship on a points difference tie-break from France, after both teams had won four of their five matches; it was Ireland's second title in three seasons. Ireland had to win their final game, against Scotland, by a margin of 27 points or more to win the title and achieved this with victory by 73 points to 3. This was also the first time Italy finished in a position above 4th place in the Six Nations, whether men's or women's, and the first time Italy had denied a team a Grand Slam. As in 2013, England focused on the Sevens World Series circuit in order to qualify a Great Britain team for the 2016 Rio Olympics, so there young and inexperienced squad were missing many front-line players. - Il Sei Nazioni femminile 2015 (in inglese 2015 Women's Six Nations Championship; in francese Tournoi des Six Nations féminin 2015) fu la 14ª edizione del torneo di rugby a 15 che vede confrontarsi ogni anno le Nazionali femminili di Francia, Galles, Inghilterra, Irlanda, Italia e Scozia, nonché la 20ª in assoluto considerando anche le edizioni dell'Home Championship e del Cinque Nazioni. Tale torneo, insieme a quello del 2016, era anche parte delle qualificazioni alla Coppa del Mondo femminile 2017; infatti, le migliori due classificate della classifica avulsa aggregata delle due edizioni del torneo tra Galles, Italia e Scozia (essendo le altre tre squadre già ammesse alla competizione) avrebbero avuto accesso diretto alla Coppa del Mondo, mentre invece la terza di tale classifica avrebbe disputato uno spareggio contro la squadra vincitrice del campionato europeo femminile 2016. Ad aggiudicarsi il torneo, come la sua controparte maschile, fu l'Irlanda, che all'ultima giornata batté a Cumbernauld la Scozia per 73-3 e quindi prevalendo sulla Francia che aveva sconfitto 21-15 l'Inghilterra a Londra. Per quanto riguarda invece la qualificazione ai Mondiali, l'Italia, oltre a realizzare il suo miglior Sei Nazioni di sempre a tale data, chiudendo al terzo posto assoluto a soli due punti dalla coppia Irlanda-Francia, realizzò tre vittorie (record), per giunta consecutive, entrambe prestazioni mai ottenute prima nel torneo, che fecero seguito alle due sconfitte iniziali contro Irlanda e Inghilterra, e si portò in testa alla classifica provvisoria di qualificazione alla Coppa del Mondo 2017.A chiudere in coda al torneo fu la Scozia, al suo quinto whitewash consecutivo.
