- The 2010 World Championship of Ski Mountaineering (Catalan: Campionats del Món d’Esquí de Muntanya 2010) was the first World Championship of Ski Mountaineering sanctioned by the International Ski Mountaineering Federation (ISMF), successor organization of the International Council for Ski Mountaineering Competitions (ISMC). The competition was held in the skiing area of Gran Valira in the Pyrenees, Andorra, from March 1 to March 6, 2010. This was decided by the ISMC in 2006. The event was supported by the (FAM) and the (CPA). Andorra was also venue of the European Championship of Ski Mountaineering in 2005. Compared to the 2008 World Championship a long distance race was not held in Andorra. (en)

- Les Championnats du monde de ski-alpinisme 2010 (catalan : Campionats del Món d’Esquí de Muntanya 2010), sanctionné par l'International Ski Mountaineering Federation (ISMF), se sont tenus à Grandvalira en Andorre, du 1er au 6 mars 2010. Ces championnats sont les premiers sous l'éfigie de l'International Ski Mountaineering Federation (ISMF), Organisation successeur de l'International Council for Ski Mountaineering Competitions (ISMC). La ville organisatrice de ces championnats a été choisie par l'ISMC en 2006. L'évènement a été soutenu par la (FAM) et le (CPA). Andorre a déjà été organisatrice des Championnats d'Europe de ski-alpinisme 2005. Comparé aux Championnats du monde de ski-alpinisme 2008, l'épreuve de Longue Distance n'est pas courue à Andorre.
