- الانتخابات العامة في البوسنة والهرسك 2010 أجريت الانتخابات العامة في البوسنة والهرسك يوم 3 أكتوبر 2010، اختار الناخبون 42 نائبًا لمجلس النواب في اتحاد البوسنة والهرسك، و98 نائبًا لمجلس النواب في البوسنة والهرسك، وممثلين اثنين (بوسني وكرواتي) لرئاسة الدولة، وتم انتخاب مجالس محلية في عشرة كانتونات، أما في جمهورية صرب البوسنة فقد تم انتخاب 83 نائب إلى الجمعية الوطنية الصربية، وممثل الصرب من رئاسة الدولة. - General elections were held in Bosnia and Herzegovina on 3 October 2010. They decided the makeup of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Presidency as well as national, entity, and cantonal governments. The elections for the House of Representatives were divided into two; one for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and one for Republika Srpska. In the presidential election, voters in the Federation elected Bosniak Bakir Izetbegović and re-elected Croat Željko Komšić, while voters in Republika Srpska re-elected Serb Nebojša Radmanović. The Social Democratic Party and the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats emerged as the largest parties in the House of Representatives, each winning 8 of the 42 seats. (en)

- Le elezioni generali in Bosnia ed Erzegovina del 2010 si tennero il 3 ottobre per l'elezione della presidenza e il rinnovo dell'Assemblea parlamentare (Camera dei rappresentanti e Camera dei popoli). Riguardo alle due entità federali, nella Federazione di Bosnia ed Erzegovina ebbero luogo le elezioni per il Parlamento (Camera dei rappresentanti e Camera dei popoli) e le elezioni cantonali; nella Repubblica Serba di Bosnia ed Erzegovina le elezioni presidenziali e le elezioni per l'Assemblea nazionale. La maggiore attenzione del pubblico è stata attirata dalla controversa elezione di Željko Komšić a membro croato della Presidenza,infatti nelle aree a maggioranza croata il candidato più votato era stata Borjana Krišto (HDZ BiH) e ciò aveva fatto sorgere il dubbio che l'elettorato bosgnacco avesse votato per Komšić. Dopo l'elezione di Komšić il leader dell'Unione Democratica Croata di Bosnia ed Erzegovina, Dragan Čović ha affermato che i bosgnacchi hanno eletto di nuovo il membro croato e che sorgeva la necessità di un'entità federale per i croati di Bosnia. Il leader dell'Alleanza dei Socialdemocratici Indipendenti Milorad Dodik ha affermato che un tentativo simile è stato fatto anche per il membro serbo dove i bosgnacchi hanno votato per Mladen Ivanić che a differenza di Komšić è uscito comunque sconfitto. - Всеобщие выборы в Боснии и Герцеговине прошли 3 октября 2010 года. Было избрано 42 депутата Палаты представителей БиГ (по 14 человек от сербской, хорватской и боснийской общин), 83 депутата Народной Скупщины Республики Сербской, 98 депутатов Палаты представителей Федерации Боснии и Герцеговины (боснийско-хорватской части БиГ) и депутаты кантональных органов самоуправления. Кроме этого, было избрано три президента — члена коллегиального Президиума Боснии и Герцеговины, по одному от сербской, хорватской и боснийской общин. Для победы требовалось набрать относительное большинство голосов (больше, чем любой другой кандидат). Два из трёх президентов — серб Небойша Радманович и хорват Желько Комшич — были переизбраны, а радикальный президент от боснийской общины Харис Силайджич потерпел поражение; вместо него был избран умеренный Бакир Изетбегович, сын первого президента Боснии и Герцеговины Алии Изетбеговича. Отмечается, что в предвыборной кампании активное обсуждение социально-экономических вопросов уступило место националистическим лозунгам. В предвыборной борьбе также столкнулись сторонники большей автономии составных частей Боснии и Герцеговины и сторонники централизации. Явка на выборах составила 56 %.
