- دوري الدرجة الأولى العراقي 1999–2000 هي الموسم السادس والعشرون من الدوري العراقي الممتاز منذ تأسيسه عام 1974. تم تغيير اسم الدوري من الدوري الممتاز إلى دوري الدرجة الأولى. للمرة الثانية في تاريخ الكرة العراقية فريق واحد يفوز بجميع البطولات الأربعة في موسم واحد وهو نادي الزوراء (بطولة الدوري وبطولة الكأس وبطولة أم المعارك وكأس المثابرة) وبقيادة المدرب عدنان حمد. - The 1999–2000 Iraqi First Division was the 26th season of the competition since its foundation in 1974. The name of the league was changed from Iraqi Premier League to Iraqi First Division, and the season kicked off on 1 October 1999. The league title was won by Al-Zawraa for the second season in a row and the ninth time in their history. They also won the Iraq FA Cup, the Iraqi Elite Cup and the Iraqi Super Cup in this season, completing only the second domestic quadruple in Iraqi football history after Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya achieved it in the 1996–97 season. - La saison 1999-2000 du Championnat d'Irak de football est la vingt-sixième édition de la première division en Irak, l' Iraqi Premier League. La compétition se déroule sous la forme d'une poule unique où les vingt-six meilleurs clubs du pays s'affrontent deux fois au cours de la saison, à domicile et à l'extérieur. En fin de saison, le système de relégation n'est pas précisé, la prochaine saison ne se déroule qu'avec seize clubs. C'est le club d'Al-Zawra'a SC, tenant du titre, qui remporte à nouveau le championnat cette saison après avoir terminé en tête du classement final, avec quatre points d'avance sur un duo composé d'Al Qowa Al Jawia Bagdad et d'Al Shorta Bagdad. C'est le neuvième titre de champion d'Irak de l'histoire du club, qui réussit le doublé en s'imposant en finale de la Coupe d'Irak face à Al Aqowa Al Jawia. (fr)
