(VLI) is one of the largest provincial bus companies operating in the Philippines, servicing routes mainly to the provinces of Central Luzon which includes Zambales, Pampanga, Bulacan and Northern Luzon which includes Benguet, Pangasinan, Bataan, Nueva Vizcaya, Kalinga, Isabela and Cagayan. This bus company played a major role in transport industry since it became the product of Japanese occupation of the country after World War II, with used Chevy trucks from the United States Army as their primary transportation fleet. Today, Victory Liner has grown as one of the largest bus transportation business groups in the Philippines, servicing all key destinations in Northern and Central Luzon.
