Kapitan China Yap Ah Loy (Chinese: 葉亞來; pinyin: Yè Yǎlái; Cantonese Yale: Yihp A-lòih; Pha̍k-fa-sṳ: Ya̍p Â-lòi); 14 March 1837 – 15 April 1885), also known as Yap Tet Loy and Yap Mao Lan, is an important figure of early Kuala Lumpur. He served as the third Kapitan China of Kuala Lumpur, and in this administrative capacity, played an important role in developing the city as a commercial and mining centre during the 19th century.

Hij begon in het midden van 19e eeuw met de ontwikkeling van Kuala Lumpur tot een centrum van handel en mijnindustrie. Later werd hij Kapitein der Chinezen, de hoogste ambtenaar over de in de regio. Tegenwoordig is er in een straat te vinden die vernoemd is naar hem. Tijdens zijn ambtenaarschap liet hij de Sin Sze Si Yatempel bouwen, die tot op heden in gebruik is als taoïstische tempel.
