Built on the site of the Military Vehicles and Engineering Establishment, the studio began operations in 2006. The studio features four main sound stages ranging from 13,000 to 47,000 square feet (1,200 to 4,400 m2), eight "meganova" sound stages, 200 acres of backlot, a two-and-a-quarter mile test track, and an off-road course. Le site comprend 4 plateaux de tournages de 8 000 pieds carrés (743 m2) à 42 000 pieds carrés (3 902 m2), une piste de 2,5 milles (4 km) initialement prévue pour tester les chars, un manoir du XIXe siècle (construit en 1853) et un parcours de golf de 9 trous.
