- Skylanders: Imaginators is a 2016 toys-to-life 3D platform game developed by Toys for Bob and published by Activision. A successor to Skylanders: SuperChargers, it was released for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. For the first time in the series, players can create their own characters, known as Imaginators. - Skylanders: Imaginators è il sesto capitolo della serie principale di Skylanders, pubblicato il 13 ottobre 2016 in Australia e Nuova Zelanda, il 14 ottobre 2016 in Europa e il 16 ottobre 2016 in Nord America per le console Wii U, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 e Xbox One e Nintendo Switch. Non sono invece state realizzate le versioni per Wii e Nintendo 3DS, né quelle per i dispositivi mobili. La novità di questo gioco risiede nel dare la possibilità ai giocatori di creare il proprio personaggio personalizzato, detto appunto Imaginator, grazie ai cosiddetti "Cristalli di creazione". Il gioco include anche i nuovi Skylander Sensei, ovvero delle sottospecie di maestri capaci di insegnare agli Imaginator degli attacchi specifici. Sia i Sensei che gli Imaginator sono suddivisi in classi di combattimento, oltre che per elemento. I Cristalli di creazione sono invece 3 per i 10 elementi, per un totale di 30 cristalli. La scelta della classe dell'Imaginator creato all'interno dei Cristalli è definitiva e non potrà più essere cambiata. (it)
