  • Das Wahlrecht in Hamburg regelt die Wahlen zur Bürgerschaft (hamburgisches Landesparlament) und zu den Bezirksversammlungen. Zwischen 2004 und 2014 wurde es in mehreren Schritten grundlegend verändert und gilt seitdem als eines der modernsten, allerdings auch recht komplizierten Landes- und Kommunalwahlrechte. Bei der letzten Änderung des Wahlrechts im Jahr 2013 wurden u. a. das Wahlalter auf 16 Jahre gesenkt und die Legislaturperiode auf fünf Jahre verlängert.
