The Division of Fenner is an Australian Electoral Division in the Australian Capital Territory and the Jervis Bay Territory. As of the 2018 redistribution, it includes Gungahlin and the part of Belconnen north of Belconnen Way and west of Eastern Valley Way, Aikman Drive and William Slim Drive (the suburbs of Belconnen, Charnwood, Dunlop, Evatt, Florey, Flynn, Fraser, Higgins, Holt, Latham, Macgregor, Macnamara, McKellar, Melba, Page, Scullin, Spence and Strathnairn). It also includes the Jervis Bay Territory.

La circonscription s'étend sur 513 km², en ce compris le Territoire de Jervis Bay. Elle a toujours été un siège sûr pour le Parti travailliste australien. La Commission électorale australienne a décidé qu'à compter des élections de 2016, le nom du siège serait changé en Fenner, pour honorer le scientifique Frank Fenner. (fr)

Został utworzony przed wyborami parlamentarnymi w 1974 roku, jego patronem był były poseł . Wszystkie wybory wygrała w nim Australijska Partia Pracy. W 2016 okręg został zlikwidowany, zaś jego miejsce zajął , mający identyczne granice. Zmiana nazwy wynikała z faktu, iż pierwszeństwo w patronowaniu okręgom wyborczym mają w Australii byli premierzy tego kraju, w szczególności nieżyjący. Tymczasem Australijska Komisja Wyborcza ogłosiła, iż w związku ze śmiercią Malcolma Frasera, zamierza wkrótce utworzyć nowy okręg nazwany na jego cześć w stanie Wiktoria, skąd pochodził premier Fraser. Tym samym niezbędna była likwidacja dotychczasowego okręgu z patronem noszącym to samo nazwisko. (pl)
