Willene A. Johnson (circa 1947 - ) is an American economist who is a former vice president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, former U.S. Executive Director of the African Development Bank, and a former president of the National Economic Association. In 2011, Cornell University awarded her the Clifton R. Wharton Jr. Award for "Outstanding Service, Leadership and Contribution to Economic Progress in Emerging Markets."
