- ذكاء الويب (بالإنجليزية: Web intelligence) هو العلم القائم على استغلال الذكاء الاصطناعي و تقنية المعلومات لتطوير الشبكة العالمية (الويب) بغرض الوصول إلى الجيل الجديد من المنتجات والخدمات والأطر (Frameworks) القائمة على شبكة الإنترنت.ظهر هذا المصطلح لأول مرة عام 2000م في ورقة بحثيّة قدمها تشونغ نينغ، جى مينغ ياو ليو، و Y.Y.Ohsuga في مؤتمر تطبيقات وبرامج الحاسب.أول مؤتمر متخصص في الذكاء الشبكي كان عام 2001 (مؤتمر آسيا والمحيط الهادئ في الذكاء الشبكي). - Web Intelligence ist ein am Beginn der 2000er Jahre geprägtes Buzzword, das sich aus Web und Intelligenz zusammensetzt. Der Begriff wird in der Wissenschaft, insbesondere der Informatik, anders gebraucht als in der Wirtschaft, genauer von Consulting-Unternehmen und Software-Herstellern. Während Informatiker den Intelligence-Teil des Buzzwords im Sinne von Artificial Intelligence (künstliche Intelligenz) verstehen, stellen Anbieter von Beratung und Software eher auf den Aspekt der automatischen Gewinnung von betriebswirtschaftlich relevanter Information aus dem Internet ab.
