- VENµS (Vegetation and Environment monitoring on a New MicroSatellite) ist ein Erdbeobachtungssatellit der Israel Space Agency (ISA) und Frankreichs Raumfahrtbehörde CNES. Er wurde am 2. August 2017 um 1:58 Uhr UTC mit einer Vega-Trägerrakete vom Raketenstartplatz in Kourou zusammen mit dem Erdbeobachtungssatelliten OPTSAT-3000 in eine sonnensynchrone Umlaufbahn gebracht. (de)
- Vénμs (Vegetation and Environment monitoring on a New Micro-Satellite) est un mini-satellite d'observation de la Terre franco-israélien. Sa mission primaire est l'étude scientifique des processus à l’œuvre dans la biosphère, la mission secondaire étant le test en vol de propulseurs à effet Hall développés en Israël. Cette mission est développée conjointement par le CNES et l'Agence spatiale israélienne (ASI). Le satellite de 250 kg utilise une plateforme israélienne IMPS (Improved Multi Purpose Satellite) et une charge utile constituée par caméra fournissant des images dans 12 bandes spectrales avec une résolution spatiale de 5 mètres. Vénμs a été placé sur une orbite héliosynchrone par un lanceur Vega le 2 aout 2017. (fr)

- Vegetation and Environment monitoring on a New Micro-Satellite (VENµS) is a near polar sun-synchronous orbit microsatellite. It is a joint project of the Israeli Space Agency and CNES. The project was signed upon in April 2005 and was launched on the 2nd of August 2017. The microsatellite, which was set to cost the ISA US$20 million and CNES €10 million, was designed and built by IAI and Rafael under ISA's supervision. For the mission, CNES is responsible for supplying the superspectral camera and the science mission center. The ISA is responsible for the satellite control center, the technological mission and payload (Israeli Hall effect Thruster and autonomous mission), the spacecraft, and the launcher interface. (en)
