- La Unión de Centro Centro (UCC) —llamada Unión de Centro Centro Progresista (UCCP) entre 1994 y 1998— fue un partido político chileno de derecha creado en 1990 por el excandidato a la presidencia para la elección de 1989, Francisco Javier Errázuriz. Durante su existencia, se caracterizó por declararse centrista, aunque se alineó con las posturas de la derecha. La UCC recogió adherentes en la disidencia de los partidos de derecha, especialmente en Renovación Nacional (RN), elementos nacionalistas y otros sectores. En 1993 apoyó la candidatura presidencial independiente de Arturo Alessandri Besa y en 1999 respaldó la candidatura independiente a la presidencia de Arturo Frei Bolívar. En 1994 al obtener menos del 5% legal decidió unirse con el extinto Partido Nacional (PN) conformando la Unión de Centro-Centro Progresista (UCCP), la cual finalmente se extingue el 2001 al no presentar candidatos para los comicios parlamentarios de ese año. - The Union of the Centrist Center (Spanish: Unión de Centro Centro, UCC) — named Progressive Union of the Centrist Center (Spanish: Unión de Centro Centro Progresista, UCCP) between 1994 and 1998 — was a small political party in Chile. The party was founded by supermarket tycoon Francisco Javier Errázuriz to support his candidacy in the 1989 presidential elections. Errázuriz claimed that he was the only true centrist candidate, although his political ideology was slightly center-right. Errázuriz won 15.05% of the vote, but achieved little politically except to take votes from the right-wing candidate, Hernán Büchi. The UCC then joined the right-wing alliance Union for Progress (Unión por el Progreso, later the Alliance for Chile). Due to disagreements between the UCC and the National Renewal, one of the members of the Union for Progress, the UCC broke with the alliance on 1995 and presented their own candidate, Arturo Frei, for the 1999 presidential elections. Frei fared disastrously, gaining only 0.35% of the vote, the lowest percentage of any candidate since the end of the Pinochet régime. On 3 January 2000, Senator Errázuriz retook control of the UCC from Alejandro García and after they gave their support for Joaquín Lavín in the 2000 runoff election. Many accused Errázuriz of wanting to be in charge of the party when it had formally given its support to Lavín so that he would be rewarded with a post in the Lavín government. Errázuriz, the only UCC member of Parliament, soon saw himself embroiled in various court cases. His term ended on 2000 and he decided to end his career in politics due to the court cases against him, the investigation into some of his companies, and the fact that three of them were bankrupt. Without their leader, On 3 May 2002 the UCC ceased to exist and part of its members joined to the Independent Democratic Union (UDI). (en)

- De Unión de Centro Centro (Nederlands: Unie van het Centristische Centrum, UCC) - van 1994 tot 1998 Unión de Centro Centro Progresista (Nederlands: Unie van het Progressieve Centristische Centrum, UCCP) - was een kleine centrumgerichte politieke partij in Chili die van 1990 tot 2002 bestond. De partij werd opgericht door zakenman Francisco Javier Errázuriz Talavera (*1942) die in 1989 als onafhankelijke kandidaat meedeed aan de eerste democratische presidentsverkiezingen in Chili sinds 1970. De charismatische Errázuriz verkreeg ruim 15% van de stemmen en eindigde als derde. Hij wist vooral stemmen weg te halen bij de kandidaat van centrum-rechts, , die als tweede eindigde. In 1994 werd Errázuriz voor de UCC in de Senaat gekozen. Alejandro García-Huidobro werd voor de partij in de Kamer van Afgevaardigden gekozen. In 1998 werd de fractie versterkt door María Victoria Ovalle, de vrouw van Errázuriz. In 1994 fuseerde de UCC met de conservatieve Partido Nacional (Nationale Partij) tot de Unión de Centro Centro Progresista (Unie van het Progressieve Centristische Centrum). In 1998 volgde een fusie met de Unión de Centro Liberal (Unie van Centrum-Liberalen) en werd de oude partijnaam UCC hernomen. Bij de presidentsverkiezingen van 1999 schoof de partij naar voren als presidentskandidaat, de neef van president Eduardo Frei Ruiz-Tagle (1994-2000). Hij kreeg maar 0,38% van de stemmen. Errázuriz, de voornaamste politicus van de partij en senator, geraakte tijdens zijn termijn in de Senaat verwikkeld in diverse rechtszaken. Hij verloor in 1999 zijn parlementaire immuniteit en kondigde in 2000 zijn vertrek uit de politiek aan. Zonder haar leider leidde de partij een kwijnend bestaan en op 3 mei 2002 werd de UCC opgeheven. Een aantal van haar leden sloot zich aan bij de Unión Demócrata Independiente (Onafhankelijke Democratische Unie), Renovación Nacional (Nationale Hernieuwing) en de Partido Demócrata Cristiano (Christendemocratische Partij van Chili).
