The Tygart Valley River — also known as the Tygart River — is a principal tributary of the Monongahela River, approximately 135 miles (217 km) long, in east-central West Virginia in the United States. Via the Monongahela and Ohio rivers, it is part of the watershed of the Mississippi River, draining an area of 1,329 square miles (3,440 km2) in the Allegheny Mountains and the unglaciated portion of the Allegheny Plateau.

На реке расположены такие населённые пункты, как: Хаттонсвилл, Милл-Крик, Беверли, Элкинс, Джуниор, Белингтон, Филиппи, Арден и Графтон. Впадает в реку Мононгахила в районе города Фэрмонт. Ниже города Элкинс река протекает между горными хребтами Рич-Маунтинс и Лорель-Маунтинс. В районе города Элкинс принимает приток Лидинг-Крик; в округе Барбор — притоки Мидл-Форк и Бакханнон; в округе Тейлор — Санди-Крик и Три-Форк-Крик. Выше по течению от города Графтон на реке имеется водохранилище Тайгарт, сформированное строительством плотины в 1938 году.
