- مسجد كوتو نان امبيك هو واحد من أقدم المساجد في إندونيسيا، وتقع في بلدة كوتو نان امبيك التابعة إداريا لمدينة باياكومبو غرب سومطرة، تم بناء وعمارة المسجد عن طريق شعب المينانغكابو في عام 1840، المسجد في الأصل مسقوف بالقش قبل أن يتم تغيره أخيرا من قش إلى الزنك، يستخدم المسجد حاليا للأنشطة الدينية للمسلمين، بالإضافة لاستخدامة من قبل المجتمع المحلي كوسيلة لتداول التعليم الديني . - Masjid Tuo Koto Nan Ampek atau juga disebut Masjid Gadang Balai Nan Duo adalah salah satu masjid tertua di Indonesia yang terletak di Nagari Koto Nan Ampek atau kini secara administratif termasuk ke dalam wilayah Kelurahan Balai Nan Duo, Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat, Kota Payakumbuh, Sumatra Barat. Masjid berarsitektur Minangkabau ini diperkirakan dibangun pada tahun 1840, yang pada mulanya beratapkan ijuk sebelum akhirnya diganti menjadi seng. Saat ini selain digunakan untuk aktivitas ibadah umat Islam, masjid satu lantai ini juga digunakan oleh masyarakat sekitar sebagai sarana pendidikan agama sekaligus tempat bermusyawarah. (in)
