- مُنعكس الثلاثية الرؤوس(بالإنجليزية: Tricepsreflex) أو منعكس وتر عميق وهو منعكس لا إرادي لأنه يتسبب في تقلص لا إرادي للعضلة ثلاثية الرؤوس العضدية، ويحدث عن طريق جذر العصب الشوكي العنقي السابع (القطعة الصغيرة من العصب التي تنبثق من الحبل الشوكي). يتم اختبار المنعكس كجزء من الفحص العصبي لتقييم المسارات الحسية والحركية داخل الأعصاب الشوكية للفقرات العنقية السابعة والثامنة. - The triceps reflex, a deep tendon reflex, is a reflex as it elicits involuntary contraction of the triceps brachii muscle. It is initiated by the Cervical (of the neck region) spinal nerve 7 nerve root (the small segment of the nerve that emerges from the spinal cord). The reflex is tested as part of the neurological examination to assess the sensory and motor pathways within the C7 and C8 spinal nerves. (en)
- De tricepspeesreflex is een spierrekkingsreflex die optreedt als er met een reflexhamer dicht bij de elleboog een tik wordt gegeven op de pees van de triceps. Als de onderarm ontspannen is zal de musculus triceps brachii ten gevolge van de reflex samentrekken met een duidelijk waarneembare beweging van de onderarm als gevolg. De tricepspeesreflex wordt getest als onderdeel van neurologisch onderzoek met betrekking tot de zenuwen C7 en C8 uit de onderste halswervels. (nl)
